Maximum Cancellation Time Update​

  • The maximum cancellation time is updated to 3 hours before the job start time.
  • Applicants may cancel the job freely (without providing any supporting document) up to 48 hours before the job starts.

Urgent Cancellation (Within 3 Hours Before Job Start)​

  • From 3 hours before the job start time until the job starts, applicants may still cancel the job by submitting an Urgent Cancellation request.
  • A supporting document is required for all urgent cancellation requests.
  • The backend will validate the presence of the required document before approving the cancellation.

After Job Start​

  • If the job has already started, cancellation is no longer allowed.
  • The applicant will be marked as No Show and will be subject to suspension according to platform policy.

Suspension Notes​

Any applicant who cancels within 48 hours before the job starts may be suspended if they do not provide a supporting document or if the document is rejected by OPS.

Examples​

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the job starts

    • With document: Will not be suspended
    • Without document: Will not be suspended

  • Cancellation between 48 hours and 3 hours before the job starts

    • With document: May be suspended if document is rejected
    • Without document: Will be suspended

  • Cancellation within 3 hours before the job starts

    • With document: May be suspended if document is rejected
    • Without document: Not allowed

  • Cancellation after the job has started

    • Cancellation is not allowed and will be treated as a no-show.
    • The applicant will be automatically suspended.
