JodGig Domain Statuses

This reference documents the status values used by the JodGig domain tables.

Numeric values are scoped to their table and column. For example, 1 can mean an enabled slot, an applied job user, an unprocessed payment, or a clock-in payment state; it must not be interpreted without its context.

Value 9 is not active: its constant is commented out. JOB_JOD_STATUS_EXPIRED_TEXT and JOB_JOD_STATUS_CLOSED_TEXT are generic translation keys only; they do not have corresponding numeric statuses.

job_user

Column: status. This represents an applicant's job-level application and selection state.

Value 7 is not active: its constant and translation key are commented out.

slots

Column: status

slot_user

Column: status. This represents a selected worker's slot-level work lifecycle.

3	SLOT_USER_STATUS_ACK2	ACK2 completed.

5	SLOT_USER_STATUS_CLOCK_OUT	Clocked out.
6	SLOT_USER_STATUS_REJECTED_BY_MANAGER	Rejected by the manager.
7	SLOT_USER_STATUS_SELF_CANCELED	Self-cancelled.
8	SLOT_USER_STATUS_NO_SHOW	No show.
9	SLOT_USER_STATUS_ADMIN_DISABLING_REJECTED	Rejected because of administrative disabling.

payments

payments has three independent status-related columns. Always include the column name when querying, filtering, or integrating with this table.

job_templates

Column: status

Value	Constant	Meaning
1	JOB_TEMPLATE_ENABLE	Enabled.
0	JOB_TEMPLATE_DISABLE	Disabled.

qr_code_slot_users

This table has no status field and no QR-code status constants in Constants.php. QR-code state is represented by record attributes instead.

Attribute	Values used by the application	Meaning
is_used	0, 1	0 is unused; 1 is used.
expired_datetime	timestamp or NULL	A QR code is expired when this is NULL or earlier than the current time.
qr_type	clock_in, clock_out	Identifies the QR-code action.

job_types

Column: status

1	JOB_TYPE_ENABLE	Enabled.
0	JOB_TYPE_DISABLE	Disabled.

cancellation_penalties

Column: status

Value	Constant	Meaning
pending	CANCELLATION_PENALTY_STATUS_PENDING	Awaiting a decision or processing.
approved	CANCELLATION_PENALTY_STATUS_APPROVED	Penalty approved.
rejected	CANCELLATION_PENALTY_STATUS_REJECTED	Penalty rejected.
waived	CANCELLATION_PENALTY_STATUS_WAIVED	Penalty waived.

The table also stores a category, which is not a status but is defined alongside the statuses:

account_suspensions

Column: status

Value	Constant	Meaning
0	ACCOUNT_SUSPENSION_STATUS_ENABLED	Suspension is enabled (active).
1	ACCOUNT_SUSPENSION_STATUS_DISABLED	Suspension is disabled.
2	ACCOUNT_SUSPENSION_STATUS_PENDING_FOR_REVIEW	Supporting document or suspension is pending review.
